Who we are

Authentic French comfort food, made for the way we live today.

BOCOBITES was created from a simple belief: a meal can be practical without becoming ordinary, sustainable without losing pleasure, and convenient without sacrificing craft.

Every jar begins with real French recipes Boeuf Bourguignon, Coq au Vin, Ratatouille, Poulet Basquaise and more prepared with the care of home cooking and the precision of a chef.

We seal each meal in an elegant reusable glass jar so it can stay shelf-stable, preserve its flavor, reduce disposable packaging, and be enjoyed in minutes.

Eat well. Live simply. Waste nothing.

Our philosophy

Flavor first. Always.

BOCOBITES is built around four essentials: authentic taste, thoughtful packaging, everyday ease, and the belief that responsible food can still feel generous and gourmet.

Flavor

Authentic French cuisine

From Burgundy-inspired beef to vegetable-forward classics, our meals are crafted to deliver comfort, depth, and a true taste of France.

Sustainability

Packaging with purpose

Glass replaces disposable packaging and helps every meal become part of a cleaner, more circular way to eat.

Convenience

Our jars are shelf-stable and ready in minutes, making gourmet French food possible at home, at work, or as a gift.

Craft

Prepared with care

Each recipe is guided by Chef Fleur’s standards: balanced flavors, real ingredients, elegant presentation, and no unnecessary shortcuts.

Why the name BOCO
BITES
Inspired by “bocaux,” the French word for jars and by the idea that a beautiful meal can come in a simple, reusable vessel.

“BOCO” means more than a jar.

It represents our commitment to preserving flavor, reducing waste, and making French comfort food easier to enjoy without disposable packaging.

“BITES” means access.

It is the pleasure of bringing French cuisine into everyday life: one jar, one meal, one table, one shared moment at a time.

Together, they define our promise.

BOCOBITES is food with roots and responsibility French tradition served in a modern, reusable, beautiful format.

No preservatives.

Our process allows the meals to remain shelf-stable without relying on artificial preservatives.

No unnecessary additives.

We focus on clean, recognizable ingredients and classic culinary methods that respect the recipe.

Made for real life.

Keep BOCOBITES in your pantry, heat when ready, serve beautifully, and reuse the jar afterward.

“We believe convenience should not erase tradition and sustainability should make food more beautiful, not less.”
