SHIPPING POLICY — BOCOBITES®

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on 
weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship within the United States via UPS or USPS.

Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $120

Packaging
All BOCOBITES meals are packed in insulated boxes with protective 
materials to ensure your glass jars arrive safely. Our packaging is 
designed to be reusable and recyclable.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a 
tracking number. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us 
within 48 hours of delivery at info@bocobites.com with your order number 
and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Local Pickup
BOCOBITES products are also available at the Alamo Farmers Market 
(Sundays) and select Bay Area retailers. Visit bocobites.com for the
